The J4 WT Protect wired blind motor is a universal motor that offers a number of protections to facilitate its daily use. It can detect obstacles when active in the up direction, which protects the drive from damage for example in a situation when the roller shutter curtain freezes to the window sill or something is leaned against it and blocks the movement. The device then stops automatically.
Using the J4 WT Protect motor allows you to resign from the additional adjustment of the blinds, which usually needs to be made about 2 weeks after their installation in order to adjust the height of the package and visibility outside the cover. The automatic adjustment of the fixed upper limit position compensates for the normal change in the winding behaviour of textile belts resulting in incorrect position of the blinds.
